Abstract
The aim of this research is to identifity the perception of accounting students about the factors which differentiate of carrer selection. In this reseacrh the students perception is meausre by financial reward, professional training, professional confession, social values, work environment, consideration of labor market need and personality. The method of collecting data was done by surveyed respondent of STIE PERBANAS SURABAYA AND STIESIA SURABAYA accouitng students. The amount of sample ware 89 respondent. Data analysisof this research using Multiple Liniear Analysis with SPSS 17. The result show that the difference of student’s perception about factors which influencing career are intrinsic values, financial reward, perfessional confession, social values, work environment, consideration of labor market need. Mean while there is no differences perception of personality factor among students. Keywords: Career choice, salary, professional training, professional confession, social values, work environment, consideration of labot market need and personality.
