Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Bank MANDIRI auxiliary branch Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of operational standard procedure (SOP) in the provision of mortgage loans (KPR) customers. Implementation of the provision of mortgages is by the stages of assessment of the debtor or customer in obtaining credit starting from the submission of credit proposals and documents required, the examination of the authenticity of documents, credit analysis to credit disbursed. The purpose of applying the operational standard of procedures in the provision of credit is to ensure the creditworthiness of a credit accepted or rejected.
