Abstract
This research aimed to examine influence of Total Quality Management, and Leadership to Lecture Performance. The sample was done by convenience sampling, using a survey sample colected from 40 lecture who have worked at Institute of Economics (STIE). This study was done using delivered surveys and pick up surveys data collection. The data collected is classified as primer data which is obtained by questioner distribution and likert scale as measurement. The finding of the study reveal that TQM and Leadership has significant influence on the lecturer performance. The result of this study profide the conclusion that adoption of TQM and leadership will increase lecturer performance. Key word: TQM, leadership, lecture performance.
