Abstract

This research examine the effects of Customer Perception, Customer Trust and Service Quality on Online Purchasing Decision of Lazada Customer in Surabaya. Data type that used is primary data namely data taken directly from researched objects through questionnaire which distributed to the respondents who using Lazada online shopping. In this research use purposive judgment sampling method. . Population of this study was Lazada online customers in Surabaya. Research involves to 200 Lazada customers. The primary data be analyzed employing multiple linear regression technique. The result of this research show that Customer Perception, Customer Trust and Service Quality have significant effect toward purchasing decision, that means customer regard the Lazada Online shopping is the best, customer have trusted and admit the quality in Lazada Online.
