Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of tangibility assets, time interest earned, non-debt tax shield, and growth to the capital structure of consumers goods manufacturing companies. This research is conducted in the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the periode of 2013-2015. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling with a sample of 38 compnies enganged in the consumers goods manufacturing companied. The analysis technique used in this study is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that tangibility assets of the consumers goods manufacturing companies had significant positive effect on the capital structure of the counsumers goods manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015, while the time interest earned, non-debt tax shield and growth did not have effect on th capital structure of the consumers goods manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-2015.
