Abstract

The study held in BNI Syrariah in Surabaya to know and analyze the influence of education level, work motivation, work experience, and work attitude toward to employees performance. Population employees BNI Syariah in Surabaya of 81 employees that selected by using convenience sampling. Variable used is education level, work motivation, work experience, and work attitude as independent and employees performance as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 21 for windows. The result in this study indicate that education level proven have a significant effect on employees performance, but the work motivation, work experience, and work attitude is not proven effect on employees performance. Keyword : Employees Performance, Education Level, Work Motivation, Work Experience, and Work Attitude.
