Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine influence of customer loyalty, service quality, and consumer satisfaction of repurchase intention cassava chips in Sumenep (study in cassava chips brand Muris and Bintang 9. To conduct this study, the data collected through questionnaires of 208 respondents through a descriptive study techniques. Then the data is analyzed and the hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression and different independent Test. The results showed that customer loyalty, service quality, and consumer satisfaction influence the purchase intention for Muris cassava chips and Bintang 9 cassava chips. Different independent T test results show no difference Buying Purpose between cassava chips brand Muris and Bintang 9 in Sumenep.
