Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze The Influence of The Information Quality and Website Quality on Word of Mouth with Perceived Website Trust as Mediation Variable of Online Shop Fashion Zalora in Surabaya. This research used questionnaire to collect data. Population of this study is the Zalora shoppers in Surabaya. This research involves 120 Zalora shoppers. The sampling technique at this study was judgment sampling. Data were analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS version 5.0 software. The result found that Information Quality has a significantly positive influence on Perceived Website Trust of Word of Mouth online shop fashion Zalora in Surabaya. Website Quality has a significant positive influence on perceived website trust of Word of Mouth online shop fashion Zalora in Surabaya. Perceived Website Trust has a significant positive influence on Word of Mouth online shop fashion Zalora in Surabaya. Information Quality and Website Quality have a significant positive influence on Word of Mouth by being mediated by Perceived Website Trust of online shop fashion Zalora in Surabaya.
