Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of social influence towards behavioural intention to use internet banking , facilitating conditions towards use internet banking, and behavioural intention toward use internet banking Bank BNI at Surabaya. This study used judgement sampling methods based on criteria of this research. Data were collected from 30 respondents who used internet banking services Bank BNI at Surabaya. The analysis method used in this study was multiple PLS-SEM and using PLS version 2.0. So, this study showed the influence of social influence positive significantly influenced to behavioural intention, behavioural intention positive significantly influenced toward use internet banking and facilitating conditions positive significantly influenced toward use internet banking BNI at Surabaya.
