Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of motivation, compensation, and culture organization to marketer performance in PT. Bank X Indonesia. The sample is 42 of marketer performance with the data collection method used a questionnaire for then analyzed use SPSS for Windows version 20.0. The analyzing method was multiple linear regression test. The result of regression analysis showed that motivation, compensation, and culture organization variables simultaneously affect insignificant to marketer performance PT. Bank X Indonesia. The result of t-test showed that motivation, compensation, and culture organization variables partial affect insignificant to marketer performance PT. Bank X Indonesia.
