Abstract

Currently, the center of the growing attention of technology is the product of mobile phones. Where many companies have offered different types of diverse and innovative mobile phones, especially Apple smartphones, Apple Company still maintains the quality of its products, it is already very trusted by consumers of Apple products. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence Trust, and Satisfaction of Apple Smartphone Buying Intention in Surabaya. The data used in this study is the primary data by distributing questionnaires to Apple Smartphone user respondents and aged at least 18 years - 55 years. The sample in this research is 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis, Classic Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Based on the results of existing research and discussion, found findings that Trust, and Satisfaction have a significant effect on the Buying Purpose. That is, both variables are factors that affect the Apple Smartphone Repurchase Intention in Surabaya. Keywords: Trust, Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention
