Abstract

The main issues of this study is how environmental factors influence green product purchase. The purposes of this research are (1) to analyze and to find out the environmental knowledge, environmental concern and environmental attitude has simultaneous influence to the purchasing behavior of ADES in Surabaya; (2) to analyze and to find out the environmental knowledge, environmental concern and environmental attitude has partial influence to the purchasing behavior of ADES in Surabaya; (3) to analyze and to find out the purchasing behavior differential based on gender. The samples are 170 people which are selected by using convenience and purposive sampling. The result is simultaneously the environmental knowledge, environmental concern and environmental attitude has simultaneous influence to the purchasing behavior of ADES in Surabaya. While the result of partial test are the environmental concern and environmental attitude partially has significant influence to the purchasing behavior, but the environmental knowledge hasn’t significant influence to the purchasing behavior. However, no gender differences in the purchasing behavior of ADES in Surabaya. Key words : Environmental Knowledge, Environmental Concern, Environmental Attitude and Purchasing Behavior.
