Abstract
Implementation of Good Corporate Governance is an important policy applied to a company to achieve its goals by directing and controlling the company. Besides, Employee Welfare is also a matter that must be considered by the company because the success company obtained from performance of all employees in the company. This research researching about the impact of good corporate governance to employee welfare. The research conducted through interviews and documentation. The interview process is done to the two respondents PT Varia Usaha Beton to determine whether good corporate governance based on the principles have been applied to the company and the documentation used for the proof of the correctness of data. So that, this research will result in the analysis of The Impact of Good Corporate Governance to Employee Welfare in PT Varia Usaha Beton.
