Abstract
The discussion in this study is the influence of perceived value, trustworthiness, religious commitment on customer satisfaction of Hajj and Hajj travel services in Surabaya. The population in this study are consumers of Be Travel in Surabaya. The number of samples used in this study were 70 respondents. Primary data was collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents based on research instruments. Data analysis methods used in this study are multiple regression analysis and classic assumptions. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that the perceived value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and religious commitment has a significant effect on customer satisfaction Be Travel in Surabaya.
