Abstract
This research has to purpose to discover the effect of work load, work motivation, work environment and reward on employee performance at Rural Banks in Kediri. This research was a survey based research with quantitative method. The samples of this research were 35 employee of the accounting department at Rural Banks in Kediri by using a complete enumeration sample technique. The data collection of this research use a questionnaire and the data analysis used a multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicated work motivation and reward have significant effect on employee performance but workload and work environment has no effect on employee performance. Keyword: employee performance, job assessment, work motivation, work environment, reward.
