Abstract

Corporate value means also maximize the present value of all benefits to be received by shareholders in the future. The firm's value to be reflected on the magnitude of the company's stock price in the long term. The higher the stock price then we can say the company's value too high. This study aimed to determine the effect of protitability, firm size, debt policy and capital structure to the company's value. The population in this study is a sub sector food and beverage industry sectors listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 amount 18 companies. Data analysis techniques used in this study is using in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility measured by PBV and Tobin’s Q not related to Firm Value,Sales Growth measured by PBV is realated to Firm Value while Sales Growth measured by Tobin’s Q is not realated to Firm Value, Capital Intensity measured by PBV is not realated to Firm Value while Capital Intensity measured by Tobin’s Q is realated to Firm Value.
