Abstract

ABSTRACT The ability to develop the personality of the students at the present time is known as the Emotional Quotient (EQ) or emotional intelligence. Student learning behavior will also affect the level of student achievement therefore each individual student learning behaviors are not same at all, with the differences in each individual student learning behavior therefore each individual student will have differences in academic achievement. The aim in this study is to determine whether emotional intelligence can affect students in academic achievement, and behavior can also affect student learning in academic achievement. This type of research is a quantitative method. The population in this study is the final level accounting S1 students who have passed 120 semester credit system. Data collection method that be used is by distributing questionnaires. Model analysis of the data used in this research is multiple linear regression model. The results in this study show that emotional intelligence affects on students' academic achievement levels on the scope Perbanas Surabaya " attested and and can be declared acceptable, and Behavior Learning affects on students' academic achievement levels on the scope Perbanas Surabaya " attested and can otherwise accepted.
