Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors that influence Coporate Social Responsibility in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period. The sample used in this study consisted of 195 mining companies in the 2014-2018 period on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method of this study used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classic assumption test, multiple liner regression analysis and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS software version 23.0 for data management. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence on size of the company, institusional ownership, board of commissioners, and managerial ownership on Corporate Social Responsibility. while liquidity, leverage and profitability do not affect the Corporate Social Responsibility of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
