Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia Mojokerto city is the object of research. PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia has a Departemnt that is used to deviate and deliver goods belonging to Ajinomoto Sales Indonesia namely the East Distribution Center (EDC). The goal to be achieved in this research is to know the distribution procedures that exist in the Departement of EDC, is it in accordance with existing theories. The researc method used is to use a qualitative approach with descriptive research. Data collection techniques used include structured documentation and interviews. Based on this research produced several things including distribution procedures relating to the relevant parts there is a multiplication of tasks that result in errors in recording, the Departement also has no record of return of goods so that if there a return this Department only records it through system.
