Abstract
Audit quality is an auditor’s probability or opportunity to find and report and error or abuse of violation within a client accounting system.this research was conducted with the aim to know the influence of competence, professionalism, auditor experience and job satisfaction to audit quality. The population of this study is an auditor who works in Public Accounting Firm Surabaya Region. The sapling technique of research using purposive sampling. Analysis of data that have been obtained from the respondents of research processed using SPSS 23software. The results showed that auditor experience had an influence to audit quality, while the competence, professionalism and job satisfaction had no influence to audit quality. In a subsequent is expected to enrich the literature to develop knowladg, especially in the field of auditing.
