Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Islamic leadership on loyalty mediated by the work satisfaction of Bank BNI Syariah employees in Surabaya. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample in this study consists of 46 BNI Syariah employees in Surabaya. Data are collected through survey method by distributes questionnaires. Hypothesis testing was conducted using WarpPLS 6.0. The results of this study are Islamic leadership has no significant effect on employee loyalty. Islamic leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee loyalty. While, the results of the mediator show job satisfaction mediates in full Islamic leadership towards employee loyalty. Keywords: Islamic Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty
