Abstract
Corporate value is a value to measure the level of company quality and value that explains how much the level of interest of a corporate in the eyes of its customer. A good corporate value indicates that the company has good finance. Corporate value is measured by Tobin’s Q. The independent variable in this study is profitability. The moderating variable in this study are corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability on firm value by disclosing corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance in manufacturing corporates in the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2013-2017. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Profitability has no significant negative effect on corporate value. 2) Corporate social responsibility is not able to moderate the effect of profitability on corporate value. 3) Good corporate governance is able to moderate the influence of profitability on the corporate value in a negative direction.
