Abstract
This study examined about ethical behavior, relational skills, and price in intentions of home purchase decision through property agents Ray White Surabaya region. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of ethical behavior, relational skills, and price in intentions of home purchase decision through property agents Ray White Surabaya region. This study used a sample of 96 respondents and used in this research, people in Surabaya who bought a house by property agents Ray White. Analysis techniques in this study using descriptive analysis, test validity & reliability, and analysis program SPSS 21.0. The results in this study that only the relational skills that has a significant influence on home purchase decision through property agents Ray White Surabaya region. Keywords: ethical behavior, relational skills, price, purchase decision, property agents.
