Abstract
The Idul Fitri festivities are the big day that the world's Muslims look forward to. On the day of Lebaran Muslim community in Indonesia is usually used as a moment to gather with family, relatives, and even distant relatives. And see the existence of lifestyle changes when the Idul Fitri feast of the hence the need for more attention from the banking sector, especially the service availability of cash at ATMs. This study aims to find out what methods of ATM supervision are ahead of Idul Fitri, knowing ATM service methods at Bank Jatim Madiun Branch, knowing what obstacles are encountered when an ATM cannot be used before Idul Fitri, knowing what impact it can cause if ATMs cannot be used ahead of Idul Fitri, and find out what solutions are available when ATMs cannot be used before Idul Fitri. This research uses descriptive method. The focus of this research is ATM supervision ahead of Idul Fitri. The data source of this research using secondary data source obtained from Supervisor.
