Abstract
Company value is the selling value of the company that is running. Company value is an important indicator for investors to assess the company as a whole. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on firm value on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with profitability as a moderating variable. This study collected data using secondary data, namely the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2017. The results of the study show that: 1) Corporate Social Responsibility does not affect positively and not significantly on the value of the company. 2) The moderating variable namely Return On Asset cannot be implemented because Corporate Social Responsibility does not require and is not significant.
