Abstract
Banking growth can be influencing the economic development of nation, cause the advance of a bank in a nation can be benchmark of the cocerned advance country. Bank respresent an entity which collecting fun from people in the from of saving and the distribute them to people in credit and or other form in order to improving the life level of people. One of the bank product that offred is rupiah term deposit. This product offering higher interest than other bank products. The condition to opening and its liquidation only submit copy of applid self-identity and customer must have saving account or giro in BTN bank branch of anywhere. Procedure of opening and liquidation is easy and quick. Interest calculation that obtained by cutomer sure base on calculation formula that determined by the bank. While penalty cost determined by bank as 0,5% from placement quantity. This future deposit can be lengthen though ARO (Automatic Roll Over) and Non ARO. The obstacles that faced in future deposit is customer want to providing increased interest rate when BI interest rate is up and suggestion of resolution of BTN bank obstacle in giving high relative interest rate level than other bank so can be keep loyalty and good relationship with customer as well as keep trust fund full placement in Tabungan Negara Bank branch of Surabaya.
