Abstract
Intention to use indicate the possibility about consumers plan or will to use certain products or services in the future.In addition, it can be defined as consumer’s intention to use certain products that they have chosen after a particular evaluation. The researcher whants to prove the truth of the theory by using the perceived usefulness, compatibility with lifestyle and needs, perceived risk as independent variables. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, compability with lifestyle and needs, perceived risk towards intention to use in mobile banking. The sample of this study used 155 respondents by distributing questionnaires to the costumers of Bank Mandiri in Surabaya, who already know and will use mobile banking with decision-making method. The analysis technique used was spss and data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness and compability with lifestyle and needs have a significant positive effect on the intention of using mobile banking of Bank Mandiri in Surabaya, while perceived risk is positive but insignificant to the intention of use in Bank Mandiri mobile banking in Surabaya
