Abstract
the development of information technology, telecommunications, and the internet led to the emergence of internet-based business applications. to provide fast service and simplify bank customers in transactions is one of them by providing internet banking facility. common transactions through internet banking include checking accounts and transferring funds from one account to another account. this study aims to analyze the influence of trust, benefit and ease of use on the intentions of customers of internet banking users at bank cimb niaga in surabaya. the method used in this study is by quantitative methods and using primary data by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents internet banking users at bank cimb niaga in surabaya. the sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, with the criterion of customers at least 19 years. the analysis used in this research is using mra (moderated regression analysis).the results of this study indicate that together the influence of trust, benefits and ease of use significantly affect the intentions of customers in using internet banking bank cimb niaga.
