Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe return influence of competence, organization commitment , professional commitment, job satisfaction, motivation, and self control lies in the performance of accounting educators. Competence is a set of knowledge, skills, and behaviors that must be owned, lived, and controlled by teachers or lecturers in carrying out his professional duties. Organization commitment is degree to which an employee to partially in the organization. Professional commitment is an individual's level of loyalty to his profession. Job satisfaction is a manifestation of someone's attitude towards the work that comes from their perceptions of the job. Motivation is the process of starting a conscious action and purposeful. Location of self-control is one way of opinion to an incident. Performance is a measure of achievement from an activity. Tests performed include validity, reliability, normality, and regressions. These results indicate that the competence and self-control lies are insignificant effect on the performance of Accounting Educators. While organization commitment, professional commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of Accountants Educators.
