Abstract
Need for job is the premier need for most people. The result is career is not a something that small, because career deciding standard of living. Peoples do many ways to get a job, including studi again in university for prepare to get in world of work. Career choice be affected by many factors like, gender, academic achievement, and perception of work. This research will do more review about gender impact, academic performance, and perception of work to career choice in STIE Perbanas Surabaya students. Sample of students amount is 196 people will be analyst with Multivariate Analyst of Variance method. The result of Multivariate is indicate the different perception and career choice is based on gender and academic performance. Based of gender, the perception occur on work environment and option. Female students more tend to a career which is easy to do and not much have challenge like accounting educators or government accountants. While the male students more like be a company accountant or publicity accountant. While based on academic performance the different happen on perception of financial reward and professional recognition. College students with high academic performance choose a career with a good financial reward dan professional recognition.
