Abstract

In order to achieve the objectives set employee must bring the latest innovations in business competition. Motivation itself comes from the Latin, meaning moving movere. Motivation cause employees willing to move the power capability and time to carry out all the activities that have the duty and responsibility that obligations are met and the goals and objectives of the company materialized The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment to the perception of the performance of employees at the accounting firms convection in Sidoarjo. Based on the results of the study can be seen that all the independent variables used in this study, in each equation entirely, partially significant at a significance level of 5% twosided (α / 2 = 0025). Motivation variable gives the coefficient of 0.686 with 7.290 t hitung smaller than t table at 2.021 and 0.000 significance value less than 0.05 and an organizational commitment to deliver value to t hitung 5.803 0.400 coefficient greater than 2.021 and t table at 0.000 significance value smaller than 0.05. It can be concluded that the motivations and organizational commitment have influence with individual performance. And based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 12 for windows that are listed in the table 4:14 concluded that Hi Ho rejected and accepted, it is due and the significance F value smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Thus it can be said that the motivation and organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of individual employees in the accounting firms convection in Sidoarjo.
