Abstract
Organizational commitment is a form of employee loyalty to always give their best efforts in order to achieve company goals. It is of course very important for the progress of the company. Organizational commitment can help a company to be able to grow and develop so that the company can remain in good condition. Organizational commitment alone tidahlah enough for the company to provide incentives for employees to encourage them to give pengapdian for promotional purposes but also takes leadership style. Leadership is a behavior pattern that is designed to integrate the goals of the organization with the aim of individuals to achieve a certain goal. Leadership should be able to give life to the organization in such a way that employees are willing to provide work and its resources to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Managerial Performance Against Budget Participation With Organizational Commitment and Leadership Styles For Variable Moderating the AJB Bumiputra 1912 The study population was manager manager owned by AJB Bumiputra Surabaya 1912. Determination of the sample used in this study is that the sample saturated sampling by taking the entire population being members of the sample.
