Abstract
This study report evidence on the effectiveness of the Balanced Scorecard as a strategy communication and management-control device. Communication important for business, so far communication on PT.X so effective but that still not optimal, because in the some branch company on PT.X still less using SDM. And then in the PT.X make six perspective, financial, customer, process internal business, learning and growth, leadership, product and service. in the PT.X added two perspective, success leadership that can make your company success too.
