Abstract

Information technology has affected the banking industry and provide a strategy for a bank to differentiate products and services with competitor banks. One of the electronic services provided b anking world is mobile banking. Adoption of mobile banking provides advantages such as proximity, convenience, and affordability f or customers to have a transaction report. The perceived risk of BCA customers in Surabaya can make customers think to do or not do the adoption of mobile banking services. This study aimed to analyze the significant influence of relative advantage, compat ibility, usability perception, the ability to see and risk perception partially and simultaneously to the adoption of Mobile Banking for BCA customers in Surabaya. The design of this study used quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to the re spondents for data collection. This study uses a casual relationship. The total number of samples used in the study 30 small samples plus 90 large samples equal to 120 samples. The sampling technique of this research with non - probability sampling. Technica l analysis of research data using descriptive data analysis and statistical data analysis, namely double linier Regression using SPSS 23.0. Based on the analysis of data collected in this study, it can be concluded that the variables relative advantage, co m patibility, perceived usefulness , and observability significant positive effect on the adoption of Mobile Banking for BCA customers in Surabaya . While variable perceived risk partially negative effect is not significant to the adoption of Mobile Banking for BCA customers in Surabaya .
