Abstract
This study analyzed the effects of changes in profit and cash flow to stock return of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data on this research used the manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange periode 2012 - 2015 . The independent variables consist of earnings, investing cash flows (AKI), and financing cash flows (AKP), while the dependent variable is return stock. Sampling techniquesusing purposive sampling of 152 manufacturing companies. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Partially, the effect cash flow funding no significant effect on stock returns. However profit and cash flow financing significant positive effect on stock returns. The result showed that simultaneous LABA, AKI, and AKP affect the stock price. The implication for investors should co nsider LABA, AKI, and AKP when invest on manufacturing companies stock in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
