Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how big the influence of promotion, price, product knowledge and religious knowledge affect on the customer’s choice of Bank BRI Syariah in Surabaya. For this purpose, data was collected from a sample of 100 consumers in Bank BRI Syariah Surabaya. The selection of samples was done by purposive sampling. The data used in thisstudy is the primary data. SPSS 20 for windows has been used for data analysis. Data was analyzed to obtain descriptive statistics, comparing mean analysis (i.e. independent t - test and ANOVA) and other analyses (i.e. validity, reability, correlation analysis, multiple linear regressions). The of the study showed promotion, price, product knowledge and religious knowledge have a significant effect on the customer’s choice of Islamic Bank simultaneously. Moreover, the result also showed that promotion and religious knowledge have a significant positive effect customer’s choice of Bank BRI Syariah Surabaya.
