Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the direct effect of brand image, brand trust, and customer trust on brand loyalty of My Salon in Gresik City.According to population characteristic, then this study analyzing a set of 90 respondents. This study uses the non-probability sampling technique with criteria respondent that has ever buy My Salon service in Gresik City.This study uses the multiple regretion analysis programming with spss 20.0 for windows software to show that brand image, brand trust, and customer trust have a significant direct effect on brand loyalty of My Salon in Gresik Citysimultantly and also analyzing a significant direct effect on every independent variables on dependent variable partially whichboth brand image and customer trust have a significant direct effect on brand loyalty of My Salon in Gresik city partially and brand trust has aninsignificant direct effect on brand loyalty of My Salon in Gresik city partially. The result showed that there is a significant influence of brand image, brand trust, and customer truston brand loyaltyof My Salon in Gresik City simultanely.
