Abstract
This study aimed to examine effect of investment decisions, dividend policy, return on asset, and return on equity on firm value of property& real esate sector and hotel management & travel tour sector. This research was conducted at Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with research period of 2012 - 2015. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and obtained 17 companies being sampled. Analysis technique used in this research was multiple regression analysis. The results show that Investment decisions was effects on firm value, dividend policy was effect to firm value, return on asset wasn’t effect to firm value, and return on equity was effect to firm value. Keywords : firm value, investment decision, dividend policy, return on asset, and return on equity.
