Abstract
This research aims to know how the influence of Total Quality Management and Environmental Uncertainty on Managerial Performance of manufacturing company in Surabaya. This is causative research. The population are 10 manufacturing companies in Surabaya. The samples are the financial manager, production manager, research and development manager, marketing manager, and human resources manager as much as 32 managers. The data is the primary data using questionnaires. Processing data is using software SPSS 23.0 with multiple regression analysis of data with the F test, R Square test, and T test. The results of this research indicate (1) Focus on the Customers has no positive effect on Managerial Performance of manufacturing company in Surabaya, (2) Employee Empowerment has positive Managerial Performance against Managerial Performance of manufacturing company in Surabaya (3) Commitment on quality has no positive effect on Managerial Performance of manufacturing company in Surabaya (4) Continuous Improvement has no positive effect Managerial Performance of manufacturing company in Surabaya (5) management based on the fact has positive effect Managerial Performance of manufacturing company in Surabaya (6) Environmental Uncertainty has negative effect on Managerial Performance of manufacturing company in Surabaya.
