Abstract
Bank is a tool of the government in building the nation's economy through the financing of all types of business development, namely as a financial intermediary (financial intermediaries) that contributes to the state revenue. Lending both personal loans and credit companies, to the community is one of the main activities and are very important for the bank. Banks earn credit in the form of interest. In the bank's balance sheet will be seen that the amount of credit to dominate on the assets side. Similarly on the revenue side, it would seem that the biggest revenue comes from interest and provision of credit or commissions. Therefore, credit management is essential for the banking industry. This is a factor that can affect people, especially retirees to apply for a bank loan through the Bank's pension fund.
