Abstract
Based operations, banks can be divided into two, namely conventional banks and Islamic banks. The products and services offered by each bank, both conventional banks and Islamic banks are generally the same, just different packaging in the form of names, grounding philosophy, certain policies, and services each bank. In general, the products offered by the bank, including the Giro, Savings, deposits, and loans. While the services offered by the bank, including clearing, RTGS transfers, Safe Deposit Box, transfer, and so forth. The subjects were Sharia State Savings Bank Branch Office Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the terms and conditions of the opening, process execution, for the calculation of the results, benefits and facilities are achieved as well as obstacles in the implementation and completion ditemuai Investa Batara iB Savings Bank BTN Syariah Branch Office Surabaya. The conclusion is Investa Batara Savings iB is one of the products available on the Savings Bank BTN Syariah Branch Office Surabaya, namely Savings as a storage medium using the funds in dollars sharia-compliant contract is Mudaraba (investment). Suggestions can be submitted is BTN Syariah Surabaya Branch Office should improve its service even better so that more customers trust again with BTN Syariah. Keywords : Investa Batara iB Savings
