Abstract
Business ethics is a means or ethical behavior in the business done by the manager / crew. All this includes how we conduct business fairly (fairness), in accordance with the applicable law does not depend on the position of individuals or companies in the community. One goal is to analyze the ethical analytic assumptions ethics, partly from the nature of business ethics is an analysis of the business assumptions, both moral assumptions and assumptions from a moral point of view. The results showed that the adoption of Business Ethics at Bank Muamalat Indonesia in Surabaya already performing well Although found obstacles in the implementation process.
