Abstract
The continued development of the culinary business in Indonesia, culinary entrepreneurs are required to be good at keeping a good impression for his efforts. A good impression for a business can be reflected in the attitude / behavior shown by the customers of the business. In this study, researchers sought to assess the effect of customer satisfaction and re-purchase intentions on word of mouth Kober Mie Setan Surabaya. This study uses a survey by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents consisting of customers Kober Mie Setan in Surabaya. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, and sampling using sampling conveniece fixed on predetermined criteria by which researchers customers Kober Mie Setan in Surabaya, aged more than 17 years and bought Kober Mie Setan more than once. By using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (MRA), the results showed that customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions significant positive effect on word of mouth Kober Mie Setan Surabaya. Key words : customers satisfaction, re-purchase intentions, word of mouth
