Abstract
This study was conducted to purpose the future orientation and spiritual intelligence have positive influence significantly toward retirement planning for employees, the intention of moderating future orientation towards retirement planning behavior. in this study, the samples used was the one who had worked at least 2 years old and have a minimum income 4.000.000 in the area of Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik with number of 199 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20. The results the future orientation and spiritual intelligence of significant positive to conduct behavior retirement planning effect and future orientation positively affects behavior retirement planning for employees with the intentions as a moderating variable. Key Words : Future Orientation, Spiritual Inteligence, Intentions, behavior retirement planning
