Abstract
PDAM Delta Tirta Sidoarjo is one of BUMN company that has short periode goals are to increase a district revenue and its service is to provide clean water that can be used for daily activities. But the long periode goal is joining to do national economic development. As the common company, to reach the goals, PDAM has vision and mission. To reach it’s vision and mission PDAM needs company performance indicators. One of the way to know the company achievement is measuring a performance company. There are two ways to do a performance company appraisal, those are based on PP No.47 1999 about performance of PDAM and based on performance evaluation that is hold by BPPSPAM. This research based on evaluation performance technical of PDAM that consists in BPPSPAM. Its research is focusing in financial aspect of PDAM Delta Tirta Sidoarjo in the last three years 2012, 2013 and 2014. The research result shows that financial performance of PDAM Delta Tirta Sidoarjo in the last three years is good. There are an increasing and decreasing of the percentage Return On Equity, Operational Ratio, Cash Ratio, Solvabilitas and effectiveness billing in the last three years. Its score also shows a good achievement of its financial performance. PDAM Delta Tirta Sidoarjo should keep its achievement to keep an existence of its company as BUMN.
