Abstract

The marketing of new products to customers is conducted to increase the brand trust among customers. in All online shops hope their business will be sustain by providing value to their customers. The brand trust of an online shop among the customers must thrive. Thus the brand trust of an online shop is one of the expectation and goal of its promotion activities, which are affected by a number of factors such as quality information, past experience, and security. The development of online shop in Indonesia is growing ever more rapidly, they grow everywhere and offer a wide range of products. This study examines the relations of quality information, past experience and security towards the brand trust of an online shop named Jawarafutsal.com in Indonesia. Samples were collected by distributing 74 questionnaires and the data were processed with SPSS 16.0. Evaluating each factors independently, it’s found that quality information and past experience affecting the brand trust significantly, whereas security does not have significant influence towards brand trust. On the other hand, when evaluated simultaneously we found that all the factors mentioned have a significant influence towards brand trust. Keywords: Brand Trust , Jawarafutsal.com in Indonesia.
