Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is influence of work motivation, organizational culture and leadership to the accounting section of the employee's performance. Respondents taken is alumni STIE Perbanas exactly Surabaya who works in accounting. Researchers tested the hypothesis that the work motivation affect the performance of an employee the accounting, organizational culture affect the performance of an employee the accounting and leadership and influence on the performance of an employee the accounting. The result is that there are influences between variables of motivation of working with variables sections of accounting, employee performance, views from t count amounted to a significant extent with 2,488 0,019 results, the significant level of less than 0.05. There is no influence among variables of organizational culture with the employees performance variable accounting, seen from the count of t-0,291 with significant level results in significant extent, of such 0,773 greater than 0.05. There is no influence among variables performance leadership with variables sections of accounting, views from t count amounted to a significant extent with 1,859 results such significant extent 0,073, greater than 0.05. The results of this research can be used for further research by adding other variables that are not mentioned in current research.
