Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, capital structure, company growth, and firm size to the value of the company at a food and beverages company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample of 14 food and beverages companies that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2015, so the data is processed as many as 63 data by using purposive sampling. The result showed that (1) there was no significant effect of managerial ownership on the value of the company, (2) there is a significant influence and positive relationship between the capital structure of the company’s value, (3) there was no significant effect of company growth on the value of the company, (4) there was no significant effect of firm size on the value of the company. Keywords : managerial ownership, capital structure, company growth, firm size, and the value of the company.
