Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of working capital turnover and firm size to profitability of property and real estate. Data taken from the Indonesian stock exchange for a period of 2012 -2014 period. Number of population in the study were 50 companies and after going through purposive sampling stage sample size to 32 companies. Based on testing hypothesis, we have results that working capital turnover and firm size have effect on probability. In this research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression and testing hypothesis. Independent variables used in this research are fixed assets turnover, cash turnover, inventory turnover, account receivable, account payable and firm size.. The dependent variable is profitability. The results showed that the only variable fixed assets turnover, inventory turnover, account payable and firm size are significant effect on profitability, while cash turnover, account receivable was not significantly affect the profitability.
