Abstract
The purpose of this research is analysing the perception of the ease of use , the perception of trus, perception of usefulness, perception of anxiety the computing and the perception quality service to the interest of students STIE Perbanas Surabaya to use internet banking cimb niaga. This research using the students populace STIE Perbanas Surabaya, wo have been using the service of internet banking cimb niaga a periode of the 2010 – 2015. Data used is the primary and the methods of convenience sampling and to use the analyzing Spss. The results showed that the perception of usefulness on the interest using the internet banking and the perception of the ease of use , the perception of trus, perception of anxiety the computing and the perception quality service not affect the interest using internet banking. Limitation in this study is a students STIE Perbanas Surabaya use the internet banking cimb niaga. Keyword : ease of use, trust, usefulness, computer anxietv and service quality.
